sometimes i feel like i'm never going to get out of this hole i'm in.  i'm going to be poor forever, i'm never going to finish my teaching degree.  just when things start brightening up, shit starts to stack up against me.  i'm  a little sick of it.

^^was absolutely amazing!  The band we drove 5 hours from Detroit to see, "Something Corporate", was the headlining band, so they didn't play until 9:30 at night.  So, we waited around and listened to some other pretty good bands.  Travie McCoy from GymClass Heroes played with his new band Lazarus, which was unbelievably amazing!  We also saw 3OH!3 and Cobra Starship, both of whom put on an excellent show.  And when it came down to 9:30 I was jumping out of my skin ready to see Something Corporate play!  And boy did they play amazingly well!!!  After being apart for 5 years they can still put on one hell of a show.  Now they've announced a na

well i woke up in a car i traced away the fog so i could see the mississippi on her knees i've never been so lost i've never felt so much at home please write my folks and throw away my keys - something corporate ooooh, man.  so, something corporate (band i grew up listening to, best ever!) is reuniting to play all 3 bamboozle music festivals!!  so a couple of girls that i went to high school with and i have decided to road trip to chicago (from detroit-ish) to go see them!  i haven't seen these girls in years, so it should be really nice, and exciting to catch up.  even better, i'll get to really see what i can do with my new cam
